Consumables and spare parts for laser cutting: cutting nozzles, protective windows and focusing lenses, ceramic rings and nozzle holders, seals and head components, for the machines and cutting heads most common in European workshops.

Almost every sudden loss of cut quality on a laser comes down to one of three consumables. The protective window is the first to check: it shields the focusing lens from spatter, and once it is marked it absorbs energy instead of passing it through. The nozzle is the second: spatter around the bore, or a bore knocked out of round, deflects the assist gas off-axis and the cut goes out of square without any parameter having changed. The ceramic ring is the third, and it is the one that breaks when the head touches the sheet.

None of the three is expensive, and all three stop production when they are missing. Keeping a small set of spares on the machine is the cheapest insurance there is in a laser shop.
